Build community within the ProEdge application be creating a 'workshop' feature. These workshops could include 2-3 short existing ProEdge courses and learners would opt in to take them over a 5-6 week period. The workshop would have a community board where all participants could interact. There would be a workshop moderator (LC&S AC Resource) who would provide weekly prompts for discussion and answer content questions.
We could also explore the opportunity for organizations to run private 'workshops' within their own organization. We would provide a moderator for an upcharge or they could appoint their own moderator. This would be an opportunity for our customers HR/L&D functions to feel like they have greater ownership of the success of ProEdge within their organizations.
